Call Back Service £995 / 20 hrs

Having difficulty interpreting the network information presented by the Triticom products? Want to bounce some ideas of an experienced network consultant? Subscribe to Networks Unlimited's Call Back service. Simply log a call to the Call Back Service and one of our networking consultants will contact you to discuss your difficulty.

Report Generation Service £495 / report

Unsure how to interpret network reports? Networks Unlimited offer the ability to collate and report on the information gathered with the leading network monitoring and analysis tools including Triticom's LANvision and MasteRMON. Simply send us the report information, either via disk, Internet or BBS, and we will perform an analysis of the supplied data . A full report on the data will be provided including graphs and comments. Optionally the report can be supplied in electronic format for inclusion in your own management or customer reports.

Trace Analysis Service £95 / MB

Confused by protocols? Networks Unlimited are able to review and comment on your network problems from captured protocol analysis traces. If you have a problem simply send us the protocol trace(s) in Triticom's LANdecoder or NG Sniffer formats, either via disk, Internet or BBS, and we will send a report of the captured information including comments and any relevant recommendations.

Configuration and Compliance Test Service £150 / platform

Unsure if your hardware is performing? Moving to a new platform? No time or resources to install your new software? Save time and effort with Networks Unlimited configuration and compliance testing services. Available for Triticom's full product range, simply return the relevant equipment to our test laboratory where the equipment will be configured, performance tuned and soak tested on our internal test networks. On-site services can also be provided on request.

Bronze Service £5000 / yr

Includes :-
up to 3 days on-site meetings, training and/or consultancy services over a 12 month period
up to one hour per month on our Call Back Service

Silver Service £10000 / yr

Includes :-
up to 6 days on-site meetings, training and/or consultancy services over a 12 month period
up to two hours per month on our Call Back Service

Gold Service £15000 / yr

Includes :-
up to 12 days on-site meetings, training and/or consultancy services over a 12 month period
up to three hours per month on our Call Back Service
