Whilst the Triticom software is simple to use it is often necessary
to highlight some of the more powerful features and functionality
of the software. An important part of the use of any test equipment
is the necessity to be able to quickly and easily communicate
information between users of that equipment. Product training
plays an essential role in this communication process. Consultancy

Basic Product Training
Recommended for all users to bring everyone to the same basic level of understanding in the use of the Triticom software. The aim of the product training is to ensure the user is fully aware of the capabilities of the packages and is best able to make use of the features and functionality provided in managing and maintaining LANs.
The course is designed to cover the full features and functionality of both LANVision and LANdecoder and provide a basic introduction to LANs and LAN terminology. Users will be given an insight into the use of the packages for health checking, capacity planning and trouble shooting purposes.
Recommended for a number of more advanced users to give each an in-depth knowledge of the Triticom software. The aim of the course is to ensure the user understands and appreciates the benefits of using the Triticom software to health check, base line, maintain and trouble shoot their LANs.
The training covers all aspects of the basic product training but concentrates on a number of key areas in detail; LAN performance metrics and their interpretation, base lining/health checking, protocol analysis techniques and major protocols.
Additional training on specific aspects of network technology and network protocols can be provided as required.
The above courses can be tailored for presentation on-site at customer offices. If required additional on-site training days can be arranged at reduced rates.
The Basic Course Product Training is intended to be a half day course. The Advanced Product Training is a full day.
In order to maximise the presentation of course material and in order to maintain an informal atmosphere to the training sessions it is advisable that each session consist of no more than six people.
