NetTune PRO from BMC Software.
NetTune PRO allows the Network Manager to manage all his servers from his
desktop. Using an intuative Windows interface the Nework Manager can easily
control his network.
NetTune PRO has three basic elements.
- Net Report (available as a stand alone product) provides full server
statistics in Real Time, Short Term and Long Term.
- TimeTune allows the Network Manager to configure the server from the
easy to use Windows interface. TimeTune allows the configuration to change
at different times of day for different loadings on the server.
- SmartTune actually takes a look at the server loading, using expert
systems it will suggest changes to the Set Parameters to improve the performance.
SmartTune will also go one stage further by actually changing the Set parameters
on the fly to remove bottlenecks dynamically.

NetReport
NetReport is the monitoring element of NetTune PRO. It provides real time
and historic monitoring on Novell file servers. With its easy to use interface
the Network Manager can be managing their servers in a very short space
of time.
NetReport will interface with NetTune PRO to allow the user to mix the level
of management of their servers.
