Keyword Search
Use the 'search' field on the left menu to search our site for products or services you require. Enter a keyword i.e.. firewall, then press Enter or click on the Go! button to perform the search. If you are experiencing any problems contact us for further assistance.
Downloading Trials/Demos
You can download trials and demos from the 'information' page. This page can be found by searching for a product from the Keyword Search and then selecting the required product. When you have found the item you want to download and you are on the 'information' pages, click on Downloads on that page. You will need to register to access the downloads.
Shopping
You can purchase items directly from our web site by adding a selected item to your Shopping Cart. This feature can be found on the 'information' pages after registration. The 'information' pages can be found by searching for an item from the Keyword Search or clicking on 'Products' or 'Services' in the menu bar. After you have added an item to your shopping cart you can carry on browsing the site and add more items to your cart. Viewing items in your cart is done by selecting 'View Cart' at the top of each page. Whilst viewing your shopping cart you may alter the quantity or delete items from the cart, or continue shopping.
Log On
You will need to register to use certain features on the site. Once registered, you will only have to enter your email address on future visits. The information we collect about you is used for the following reasons:
- to use the shopping facility.

Viewing Prices
You will be able to view prices once you have registered. The registration process is explained above.
Products
'Products' can be found in the menu bar. By clicking on 'Products' you will be shown a list of categories you may be interested in. When you have selected a relevant category, choose a product that best meets your requirements. Alternatively, enter a search term into the field marked 'search...'
Services
'Services' can be found in the menu bar. By clicking on 'Services' you will be shown a list of categories you may be interested in. When you have selected a relevant category, choose a service that best meets your requirements.
Site Map
The Site Map will provide you with a guide to the whereabouts of products, services and specific information realting to navigation around the site..
